Our Story

Real barbecue takes time, patience & pride.

Suckling Pig BBQ was built on a passion for the real thing — the kind of barbecue that can't be rushed. We specialize in slow-smoked meats made the traditional way, from prime brisket and pulled pork to pulled chicken and St. Louis ribs.

Every cut is cooked outdoors over live fire and given the hours it deserves. No shortcuts, no cutting corners — just honest smoke, a little bit of a spooky-sweet attitude, and barbecue we're proud to put our name on.
